Sharing Our Shropshire Training Programme |

Alison teamed up with fellow 360 Tourism Consulting colleague Stuart Graham to develop and pilot a new training programme.
The programme improves frontline tourism staff's knowledge of their local area and
encourages them to engage with visitors, recommending thrings to see
and do. The aim is to boost visitor satisfaction and encourage longer
stays and repeat visits.Pilots have been held for Ironbridge and Telford and in Bishop's Castle. The programme is now being rolled out in other Shropshire locations, including a session in Church Stretton in June 2010.
